Screen vs. Digital Printing

At TeeTick, we understand how important the printing process is. Believe it or not, we are constantly obsessed with quality, quality and quality. We want to deliver the best printing result you’ve ever seen, and therefore we use the latest technology available in all our printing jobs.

We have an unabashed commitment to printing quality, and use various printing technologies to make sure your order comes out greater and more stylish than you anticipated.

Screen Printing

When we process your customized cloth via screen printing, we create a stencil also known as a “screen” and use it to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. We apply each color using a different stencil, one at a time, to make sure you have an excellent, eye-popping final printed item.

We recommend you use screen printing for designs that require a high dosage of vibrancy, for specialty products, or when printing on dark t-shirts. When using screen printing, our manufacturing experts apply an ink that is thicker than digital printing, yield brighter colors even on darker clothing items.

Digital Printing

TeeTick also uses digital printing when processing customer orders, depending on things like deadline, fabric, design and pattern usage. Digital printing is the way of the future, and TeeTick already has embraced the right technology to produce affordable yet stylish personalized t-shirts, polo shirts and hats.

TeeTick’s manufacturing experts utilize digital printing for orders of a small quantity or when items require a high level of detail. Our digital printer does not use screens, so we can print a t-shirt or polo shirt with a higher level of detail than what we can provide with traditional screen printing. There is no physical setup required, so we can print your order in small batches even one shirt at a time.

Contact us today, and let us walk you through our digital printing technology! We take your design directly from our lab’s PC and print it right onto your garment. We are experts at what we do, so we can even reproduce photographic patterns in all their intimate detail.
